Utour was founded over 20 years ago as Beijing UTour International Travel Service Co., Ltd. in 2005. In 2016, the company was renamed Utour Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Utour” or “the Company”) and began to operate as a group.

As one of the leading tour operators in China, Utour’s primary businesses are the wholesale and retail of outbound tours, and integrated marketing services. It is the market leader of long-haul destinations such as Europe, Oceania, Africa and America, as well as short-haul destinations in the Asian neighborhood.
